Assemblymember Mathylde Frontus visited the new KCC Community Farm and Garden to present President Claudia Schrader with a check for a wonderful grant that will help us revitalize the space for the KCC community. We are proposing installation of ADA compliant permeable paver walkways on portions of farm, rebuilding aging beds, creating new accessible beds, installing shade structures, benches, noise barrier, water feature, and children’s area. VP Simone Rodriguez and Interim Assistant Dean Christine Zagari-LoPorto were also on hand to welcome Assemblymember Frontus.
