From Cannabis to Cuisine – a free, online, partnership course offered through Kingsborough Community College (KCC), NYC College of Technology, and the American Culinary Federation – teaches students how to safely extract, infuse, and dose cannabis food and drink products, along with providing guest lessons on cannavism, employment readiness, entrepreneurship, and more, and offering 1-to-1 career advisement with local industry experts.

This is a grant-funded program ending in June 2025. We are inundated with applications for our remaining cohorts (thank you!) and therefore are only accepting applications for our waitlist.

Kingsborough is committed to supporting New Yorkers most impacted by cannabis prohibition, and we plan to offer additional no-cost cannabis education and career advisement beyond this program, through the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development.
