From Cannabis to Cuisine was a free, online, partnership course offered through Kingsborough Community College (KCC), NYC College of Technology, and the American Culinary Federation. It taught students how to safely extract, infuse, and dose cannabis food and drink products, along with providing guest lessons on cannavism, employment readiness, entrepreneurship, and more, and offering 1-to-1 career advisement with local industry experts.
